The Mid-Atlantic Sports Network, which won the broadcasting rights to both Baltimore Orioles and Washington Nationals games in 2006 after a legal battle with Comcast Corp., is back in court with the cable carrier, claiming now that Comcast is threatening to block the network from running regional advertisements.
